"Tea time! seriously... look at those ingredients! How huge and gorgeous!
As a tea lover, I’m excited to find a tea with amazing, whole and nutritious ingredients. The ingredients are basically a heat pack for your insides!"

"I fully expected that it wouldn't work for me, because I have terrible cramps and symptoms of endo that my go-to herbs (red raspberry leaf, peppermint, motherwort, etc) haven't eliminated. THEN..... the tea worked!!!!! This past period, I had barely any cramping, which is basically unheard of for me. So, let me tell you everything I adore about it: - There are only 4 ingredients, and they come in big, dried pieces of the herb, not all ground up like the tea you'd buy in a store. This is important to me, because I feel like the essence of the plant remains that way. - It tastes wonderful. Mostly like ginger, but the black sugar adds this depth of sweet dusky warmth to it that I adore. I found my body CRAVING this tea - literally, it's mid-cycle for me now and my body is still craving it."
"I generally dislike tea but damn this one is tasty. I’ve also only been using this tea and my oil to manage my cramps. No pain meds this month and my stomach is thanking me."
"Honestly I usually know when my period arrives, but this time it came by surprise! I was talking to my boyfriend on the phone and I'm like noooooooooo my period is here!! But usually the first two days I get heavy heavy cramps but surprisingly I didnt. On day 3 and 4 I did get a bit of cramps but nothing too crazy that I'd normally get!"
"Is it weird that I wish you all could smell this picture?!! This tea smells amazing!! What’s even better is how it completely gets rid of cramps 😍 I am so thankful for this option because I quit taking mass amounts of painkillers and now I’m trying to consider my health and whats better for my body."
"Honestly I didn’t really think it would do much... I get really terrible cramps... Pre-kids I would spend a whole day in bed or even throw up because it was that bad 🤢🤢🤢 With kids you reeally don’t have the option to stop so I would take Midol all day long and just power through the pain😩😩😩 So I tried the tea as per the instructions on the box wishing it just taste good (which it does) and not expecting too much in terms of cramps. You guys seriously this tea is AWESOMEEE!!! 🤩🤩🤩 I am 9 days in and my cramps started to fade from day 1 and have become so much more manageable 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻Did it make the cramps completely disappear? No but, most of the day I have been cramp-free and when I do get cramps the tea did helped them fade enough that I can function without being uncomfortable ☺️☺️☺️ The tea helped so much that today is the last day of the tea I don’t even really need it for the cramps (but I don’t want to not drink it and have them come back lol)"
"This tea has been a LIFESAVER. I drink it at the first sign of cramps, and seriously instantly feel better! Plus it tastes SO good. It is also caffeine free so I love to have a cup before bed 🍵. Once again proving my theory that natural remedies are the best remedies 👌🏼."
"I’ve always had menstrual cramps growing up and still get it from time to time. 🤦🏻♀️I’m happy to find a natural way to ease the pain away! Crampless Tea has a mild and soothing taste. The ginger flavor isn’t overbearing which I love!"
"This tea is amazing! Only four ingredients: Ginger, black sugar, jujube and goji berry. It tastes bright, dreamy and DELICIOUS and with all its naturally anti-inflammatory properties they recommend drinking it the week leading up for your period, or at the first sign of cramping to alleviate symptoms. I also recommend drinking it anytime you need to feel a little self-love slice of heaven break!! ❤️ Mmmm"
"My current fave is the Crampless Tea from @dr.yangwellness. Drink it several days before you expect your period to begin and you'll have no cramps! My last cycle surprised me because it was completely painless! 😀💜🤗 (Ps you can tell how much I love it by the state of the box lol😂)."
"I tried @dr.yangwellness amazing tea and I was very impressed. It's actually real ingredients! I've only tried it one cycle but felt like my adenomyosis cramps were a little less (hard to know why as we've been switching up my meds). But the dried ginger helped my nausea so much this month (also due to med switching.) And what I liked about it was it had a naturally sweet wholesome flavor, not that tart acidic taste you can get with ginger sometimes."
"real talk: i have experienced THE WORST cramps since i’ve had both of my babies. like nothing i have ever experienced before! so when a friend recommended Crampless Tea, i knew i had to give it a try! And when i did get my period, it truly wasn’t as bad! i love that i didn’t even have to think about taking any midol or painkillers! instead i just drank this super-fruits filled tea and was feeling like a radiant queen in no time! 👸🏻"
